The program currrently includes one 90-minute in-person class each week, providing consistent opportunities to grow and improve. This structure allows members to build confidence, resilience, and a sense of achievement in both martial arts and life.

Course Structure
Our MMA style blends Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA and traditional martial arts like Karate and Tae Kwon Do. It emphasizes stand-up striking while incorporating some simple yet essential ground control techniques. A unique feature is our Kata-based approach, combining traditional forms with modern techniques for balanced training.
We use a unique color wrist wrap grading system to track progress, starting from white and advancing through yellow, green, red, and black. This system, alongside our Kata-focused training, promotes discipline, goal-setting, and mastery, empowering members to grow as martial artists while developing valuable life skills and achieving personal milestones.

Our MMA club empowers youth by teaching martial arts alongside essential life skills, including discipline, integrity, goal-setting, and self-defense.
